   Supervise and coordinate the site appraisals for identification of the surgical vendor shops and children. Visit the factories and vendor shops of the participating manufactures and their subcontractors, to verify the information on child labor provided by them and to monitor their compliance with the Agreement signed between ILO-IPEC and Instrument Manufacturers Association of Pakistan (SIMAP) under ILO-IPEC Surgical Project. Prepare and implement work plans and schedules for monitoring activities. Supervise and Coordinate monitoring activities in the field. Report on the working conditions of the vendors, especially children. Coordinate the work in the identification and sensitization of vendors/subcontractors. Report the activities of village education committees and Mother groups. Assist the project management in preparation/revision of Child Labor and Program Monitoring instruments formats. Assist the project management in establishing database on child labor Monitoring system. Participate in the establishment/operation of internal Child Labor Monitoring system. Participate in the impact analysis of action programs, when required. Coordinate closely with the implementing partners of the project, particularly those implementing NFE programs. Establish and maintain good relations with the district government and village communities in the project areas. Prepare periodic reports on the monitoring activities as required under the project. Coordinate and supervise the documentation of case studies/success stories/best practices of the program. Review, Analyze and document incidences of child labor reported by internal/external Monitors. Assess the acceptability of the program at the community level.
