Key contributions include the following:• Negotiated work rules for drivers in a collective bargaining agreement between the company and Teamsters Local #125, requiring drivers to execute 100% of company deliveries, ability to hire part-time staff, and transition from a pension to a 401K plan for future associates.• Gained a 60% increase in efficiency and a headcount reduction following an engineered labor study to increase warehouse productivity and accountability.• Facilitated a Rapid Delivery System rollout, resulting in productivity and capacity gains.
