  I have been painting with acrylics and taking photographs since 2005 and my style is predominantly abstract. More recently I have been experimenting with sculpture in stone and in 3D and mixed media techniques, fueled by a curiosity for the interplay and unexpected combination of different materials and media.Inspired by many things in the world around me, whether it be colours, forms, patterns, etc, my main source of inspiration stems from nature. This is translated into feelings and emotions, which are captured by the vibrant colours of my abstracts. I have a fascination for colours (particularly primary and secondary tones) and how these interact and complement each other. My experimentation with vibrant colour encompasses the use of flowing forms and stripes.In my photographs I show 'the everyday' in different light; normal objects from a surprising perspective.
