  • Provide leadership to the project team, liaising with the Structural and the Technical office Managers to provide quality input on the project.•Attending consultant and client meetings to coordinate between design office and consultant and to assure that all site requirements are applied in design procedure and to get approval on drawings and calculation notes.• check the consultant and client comments in addition attending meetings with the consultant to raise any technical debates and to assure that site works are going according to construction schedule.• Coordinate with structural engineers and drafters to deliver quality solutions and deliverables for the client.• Prepare work schedule and monitor work plan to assure that all tasks are being issued on time to not interfere with the site schedule. • Checking of formwork and reinforcement drawings to assure consistency between design works and drawings dispatched for site works.• Communicating with different departments (Architectural, Electromechanical and methods) to coordinate between these departments and the design office.• Checking reinforcement shop drawings for all the elements of the projects (Diaphragm walls, slabs, composite columns, annexed structures and external accesses of the stations) to meet the quality of site works.• Responsible for the design of diaphragm walls, external accesses in underground stations according to EN 1997 and EN 1992-1 using PLAXIS 2D software and SOFiSTiK software.• Responsible for the design of slabs in underground stations using SOFiSTiK FEM software according to Eurocode EN 1992-1 (Eurocode of design of reinforced concrete).
