  I represent clients in the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of various asset-types including office, retail, industrial, multi-unit and undeveloped properties. This includes financial analysis, risk analysis, and other due-diligence tasks plus negotiation and other closing requirements.I am also heavily involved in syndication, pooling of resources from multiple investors to complete a real estate transaction. I work hard to bring together like-minded investors with others who seek mutually advantageous investments in real estate. I have an extensive knowledge of development requirements and I am intimately familiar with Oregon's complex land-use, entitlement, and permitting processes as well as the various Gov't Agencies which impact commercial real estate in Oregon. I've assisted clients in the due-diligence and acquisition of raw Development Land for Industrial, subdivisions and multi-family uses. In income-producing properties, I've sold, acquired and leased apartments, commercial office space, NNN-leased retail, and government leased buildings. I leverage my project management training and quality assurance knowledge (six-sigma-green belt) to manage complex transactions and deals. Show less
