      My primary responsibility was researching various topics for Lord Astor's speeches, parliamentary questions and meetings. I provided first drafts of his speeches and questions, attended meetings on his behalf and tabled his written parliamentary questions to be asked in the house. In addition I provided research, analysis and administrative support for the Conservative NIS Policy Group on defence issues and also completed my final year university research project into the operational ability of the Royal Air Force in the Middle East.
