  I stepped into the shoes of a teacher when I had my on-the-job training at Children's Progressive School, which mainly caters to mentally challenged children, or more commonly known as "special children." I interacted with and taught children of varying age groups (from kindergarten to high school), which also taught me how to better handle children of varying needs with utmost patience and understanding.

  From the brand events, meetings with politicians for campaigns, to brainstorming campaign ideas, this internship was a very hands-on experience of the reality of the advertising agency, both good and bad. I learned how to better identify the target audience of the campaign and how to cater to the needs and interests of the said audience through carefully crafting the execution of the campaign.
