  A local neighborhood bar with a great vibe and a family feel. I loved serving the patrons and working for the family. My main focus was to keep everything running smooth and of course keep the customers Happy. I had the responsibility of either opening or closing the bar up. Opening Duties included vacuuming, wiping all tables down, filling fruit trays, setting up patio, taking chairs down, opening register. Closing duties included cleaning, closing register, lock up. My other tasks during the week included Lottery Inventory, orders and sales. I was also in charge of going over inventory for beer and liquor and placing orders. I would train new bartenders hired, starting at any of their locations. During my time at Tony's, I was lucky enough to pick up Fundraising. We did several fundraisers for patrons and organizations. My job was to advertise, collect donations from vendors, set-up event and host event. Show less

  As a Concessions Manager I am responsible for ensuring that the guest experience is elevated. I make sure that concession stands are properly maintained. I am responsible for scheduling staff, inputting hours, inputting tips, the praise and discipline of employees, and inventory. I also play a role in adding new items to our food and drink menus.
