  I am responsible for practicum activities in the module "Plasmid Curing on Soil Bacteria". I prepared Luria Bertani medium for the growth of soil bacteria and transformant E. coli and reagents such as Acridine Orange and Ampicillin. I also guided the practicum group in working on a final project with the topic "Soil Microbial Resistance to Heavy Metals Cadmium (Cd) and Mercury (Hg)".

  Internship program

  I learned to work in a laboratory for testing raw milk physically (LactoScope), chemistry (testing antibiotics, carbonate, alcohol), and microbiology (resazurin and TPC). I learned to understand the production flow of processing raw milk into milk-derived products such as pasteurized milk, yogurt, and mozzarella cheese. I also had the opportunity to see cow farms at Ultra Peternakan Bandung Selatan (UPBS) to understand the process of milking and feeding cows.

Responsible for daily laboratory operations :- in BSL 3 or BSL 2 : to perform nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) extraction, PCR, and RT-qPCR from various samples (COVID-19, shrimp, blood/plasma, sputum/bacterial culture DR-TB, and FFPE tissue) using various machine and kit.- in sequencing laboratory to perform NIPT test and Whole Exome Sequencing (WES)test using MGI platform, PGTA test using Ion Torrent platform, and Microarray test using iScan illumina platform.2. Detection DR-TB/XDR-TB from sputum samples using GeneXpert and IRON-qPCR Bioneer.3. Responsible for samples administration using LIMS.4. Responsible for maintenance inventory stock reagent/consumable/PPE using Odoo.5. Responsible for maintenance cleaning in laboratory.6. Responsible for sterilize/destruction.7.
