  • Education

    • Del Mar College

      2012 - 2015
      Associate's degree Mechanical Engineering

I graduated from Del Mar College in 2015. The classes I enjoyed most was Programming for Engineers, Circuits I - Electrical Engineering, and Differential Equations. The period I spent attending Del Mar I worked for FESCO first and was going to start part time but with 80 hours a week sometimes and 168 hours week during spring break. I was changed to full time. I also worked at GE Oil and Gas attending Del Mar College.

    • Texas A&M University

      2017 - 2018
      Nuclear Engineering

Nuclear Power Plant Fundamentals minor elective chosen for bachelors. Detailed how to form enriched Uranium-235 or Plutonium-239 isotopes (i.e. unstable with abundant neutrons) as fuel and processes of power plant generation using pressure water reactors (PWR) and boiling water reactors (BWR).

    • Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi

      2015 - 2018
      Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering

Graduate from TAMUCC 2018. During my time here I worked at GE Oil and Gas as well as Cinch Energy Services. The Classes I enjoyed most where Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, and Thermal System Design. For my senior capstone project I designed, programmed, and constructed a thermal hexa-copter UAV for R.H. Shackelford Engineering assigned by Boeing Air Manufacture. It was award 1st place for best business plan in mechanical engineering from Texas A & M University.

  • Experience

    • GE Oil & Gas

      Jan 2009 - Jan 2014
      Wireline Field Engineer

Performed down hole wireline operations off shore and on shore with slick line, braided line, E-line and managed on surface rentals of down hole tools. Also, managed in house certifications and knowledge on operating/maintenance for pressure control, down hole tools, Etc. Operated and supervised independently cranes, pumps, CDL driving, and pressure control services. As well as assisted in Tubing Conveyed Perforations (TCP).

    • Cinch Energy Services, LLC

      Jan 2014 - May 2019
      Senior Wireline Field Engineer

Specialize in slickline, braided line, and mono-conductor electric line cased hole operations. Also first to experience in a trending service involving fishing downhole tools in laterals, with a total depth of up to 30,000 feet and a true vertical depth of 19,000 feet. This work involves using pumps to circulate fluid downhole to the tool string, creating a pressure differential for operations, as opposed to relying solely on gravity.

    • Baker Hughes

      May 2019 - Mar 2022
      Chemical Engineer

At Baker Hughes Downstream (Valero Bill Greenhey Refinery), I conducted tests in a professional laboratory environment to analyze chlorides, fluid diagnostics (such as liquid-to-gas ratios), solids, amines, metals, pH, and water content in both raw and finished oil products, both foreign and domestic. Based on lab results, I would adjust injection rates and locations in the process unit for various chemicals. Additionally, Also, coordinate with vessels at dock for the treatment and billing of lubricity, electrical conductivity, biodiesel CFPP, metal strippers, H2S scavengers, and antifoulants in jet fuels.
