      • Managed the information technology solutions for Delta’s Technical Operations Center (TechOps), a multi-million dollar complex business unit for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Delta’s aircraft and Delta customers’ aircraft. • Managed the Fleet Maintenance Management project implementation of an SAP solution that provided more than $13M in annual cost capture accounting benefits for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft. • Directed the development of the Engine Condition Monitoring System Web application with Smart Signal, the third party application service provider. This initiative provided detection of potential engine and aircraft failures before they occurred, saving Delta more than $500K per engine failure. • Guided the software development of the Line Maintenance Web application that replaced a legacy application resulting in the increase of production maintenance efficiencies across all Delta airport locations. • Managed the Inventory Component Exchange and Tracking project that greatly reduced the time lapse in exchanging parts with customers and other airlines and provided accurate inventory tracking for capturing cost. • Led the TechOps Desktop Publishing and Suite Integration projects for packaging and deploying applications to all of Delta’s desktop computers. This initiative tracked application licenses to ensure application ownership was clearly defined avoiding additional software license cost for non-compliance usage. • Supervised the post production deployment maintenance support of TechOps applications for “keep the lights on,” break fix and preventive maintenance the met or exceeded established service level targets.
