  Oversee the design, installation of state of the art broadcast systems for radio, TV and online;  Ensure correct 24/7 functioning of broadcast systems and sub-systems- including equipment, digital consoles, transmitters, and masts;  Establish and implement rigorous preventive maintenance system that ensures continuous monitoring and prompt repairs/resolution of technical faults;  Resolve any failures and faults as quickly as possible;  Ensure seamless working relationships with systems vendors, service providers and external contractors etc.;  Establish and maintain up-to-date equipment, transmitter, systems, services logs and documentations;  Maintain clean and neat workshop, studio, transmission, systems working environments;  Communicate effectively with and keep abreast of industry and changes in technology by building and maintaining a broad network of contacts and investigating new systems technologies and procedures that will drive business efficiency and effectiveness;  Interpret and implement requests and instructions from colleagues in a manner that enhances customer experiences and engagement with the company;  Respond to requests regarding tools and resources need for optimum operations;  Train staff for correct deployment of company tools, equipment, and systems.
