  My responsibilities are Ensure the product quality meets the quality levels expected by the customer and internal specifications established by;a. Effective testing techniques.b. Perform In Process and Final Product Inspection and Quality Audit.c. Manage COQC preparation and submission.d. Manage IQA (Incoming Quality Audit) activities. e. Manage In house laboratory.2. Maintains and administers in house standards traceability.3. Develops and administers in house measurement system analysis.4. Administer the plant’s documentation control system.5. Administer the plant’s customer advisory system. Ensures that all CARs (Corrective Action Report) are submitted and closed on-time as specified in the objectives and targets.6. Review and approve product, supplies and process testing using the APQP (Advance Process Qualification Procedure).7. Review and accepts customer orders and clarifies specifications using the Plant Order Reviews involving Manufacturing, MTD, AE, Sales and Corporate Product Management group.8. Coordinate plant’s IQA (Internal Quality Audit) and Management Review.9. Responsible as the plant’s quality referee and MRB (Material Review Board) on nonconformance product disposition.10. Communicate to the plant on quality related issue and KPI.11. Supports and provide quality tools training and problem solving techniques. Show less
