  - Responsible for leading the master supply planning of all operations required to meet demand and service requirements for all Clarios customers in US/CAN while optimizing inventory, maximizing supply efficiency and adhering to Clarios' Strategies and Objectives.- Provide strong input into the supply planning portion of the Sales and Operations planning process to achieve the maximum value for Clarios. This includes facilitating the efforts to achieve a balanced plan, recommending and facilitating resolution of supply shortfalls, and development of tooling requirements while identifying and recommending resolutions to significant risks in supply plans.- Along with the Inventory Manager develops the inventory investment requirements needed to optimize working capital while balancing customer service, operations constraints and supply efficiency.- Along with the Supply Planning Manager coordinate the weekly supply replenishment, by plant, and region as required, coordinating the master planners required to provide operations with monthly/weekly requirements.- Directs the cross functional efforts to develop operational plans required to meet customer requirements including new product introduction, end of life product disposition, vendor managed inventory, and customer service issue resolution.- Works with all functions within Clarios (i.e., Marketing, Operations, Procurement, etc.) to assure that plans, if executed, will not create customer service issues and/or operational inefficiencies. Advises functional leaders on all aspects of supply planning for S&OP supply planning process.- Whenever unforeseen demand or supply issues arise, directs the recovery efforts across all functions to minimize the impact to customer service and premium costs.- Leads the Master Planning team to address not only short term objectives, but looks forward to the long term strategies that affect the business including, components and assembly molds/lines and tooling considerations.
