  • Restructured the society into 3 distinctive teams to enhance our working efficiency – including the establishment of a new Corporate Relations division. Secured an additional funding of GBP1,000 within 1 month (doubling our previous budget) as a direct result.• Empowered committee members to innovate by allowing them more opportunities to lead individual projects.
