Based on the notification we have provided the dashboard to the business and CRM team from where they can get all the customer details. So that they can contact them and create the appointments against that VIN.We provided the provision to send the SMS to customer in case customer is not responding to CRM calls. Also for high alert warnings we are sending the email to CRM team to take the quick action and guide to customer for RSA or any help. Show less
