This transition marks a significant step in my career, moving from Commercial Sales Manager to a position where I can influence the overall strategy and development of the business for both the domestic and commercial teams.In this new role, a significant part of my strategy will be devoted towards increasing our digital presence and online sales. Additionally, we will prioritize strategic staff acquisitions and building a lasting, positive company culture to ultimately create an environment where our people want to work, not just need to.My goal is to ensure that Fitness Warehouse thrives and delivers industry leading products and exceptional value to our customers.
