Managed 15 staff that served over 500 clients throughout the mental health center.* Administrator of cost center and oversight of productivity, budgeting, outcome evaluation, quality assurance monitoring and grant writing. Also provided training & education for center-wide staff in core requirements for organizational credentialing.

  Project Manager

  * Managed all aspects of the grant funded initial demonstration ACES Project for persons with homelessness, co-occurring disorders and multiple challenges including education, health, employment, legal, and trauma. Hired and managed 10 staff serving 100 clients. Designed and lead the ACES Consortium of providers and integrated services throughout Marion County. This highly innovative and successful project grew rapidly and achieved exemplary awards and national recognition.

  Program Manager - Action Coalition to Ensure Stability, The ACES Project

  * Crafted the success and growth of the ACES Project, from development, federal, state and private grant management through timely evaluation compliance. Hired, oriented, trained and supervised the 26 member staff serving 220 clients. Provided management, orientation, training of staff of offender re-entry programs, and integrated supportive housing programs, including payroll management.* Ensured that the mission, vision and values of ACES were transmitted through the integration of ACES with the Indianapolis 10 Year Plan for the Blueprint to End Homelessness and coordination of partnerships across the ACES Consortium and community at large.
