  As a shift manager at Domino’s Pizza, I oversaw shifts and ensured that all employees were working effectively. I took orders over the phone and in person. This also included back-office administration including filing, scanning and inputting invoices, stock and money counting. I hired and trained staff at all levels. I managed the paperwork and legal documents to provide the smooth running of the business – including data input of invoices. I demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills to achieve the labour and sales targets set out by my superiors.   As a receptionist at the Holiday Inn, I not only made sure that guests were happy with the service that they received when checking in at the hotel but I also had to deal with complaints from other departments to ensure that they are more than satisfied with their overall stay. I also had to manually input all financial information into the system. This meant that I was constantly balancing the deposits we were receiving and ensuring that the correct data was being put into the system to make sure that the information matches the PDQ terminals. I had targets I had to meet in terms of breakfast sales and enrolling guests in our loyalty programme.
