  As a receptionist at the Holiday Inn, I not only made sure that guests were happy with the service that they received when checking in at the hotel but I also had to deal with complaints from other departments to ensure that they are more than satisfied with their overall stay. I also had to manually input all financial information into the system. This meant that I was constantly balancing the deposits we were receiving and ensuring that the correct data was being put into the system to make sure that the information matches the PDQ terminals. I had targets I had to meet in terms of breakfast sales and enrolling guests in our loyalty programme.
