  Lead the team of Electrical Maintenance staff in ATAKA Power Plant, the following equipment had been tested, commissioned, started up and put in service.• One, ELIN manufactured transformer; rated 420 MVA, 18/220 KV, step up-Transformer ( Off LTC, AFOF cooling system) –according to NEC standard.• UPS, Rectifiers- Inverters, Battery and Battery chargers.• Two, Alstom extension substation, 220 kV.Installation the wiring of Marshelling, Protection and control circuit panels.• Daily Trouble Shooting Status and prepare the Preventive maintenance activities.• Maintenance and trouble shooting of Main transformers (2x420MVA+2x265MVA) and Auxiliary Transformers (4x25MVA).• Study The Spare Parts Situation with the manager.• Apply the Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for 220KV equipments (SF6 circuit breakers, rotating isolators, line isolators and Earthing isolators) •Maintenance For Auxiliaries Of The Power Transformer (Fire Fighting, Oil Pump, Winding and oil Temperature devices, Fans, etc).• Supported and enhanced EEHC Protection team to do the periodical tests for protection relays (Distance – differential Relays- Over Current – Earth Fault, Bus bar protection, BF and Gen. protection relays) • Daily And Monthly Reports for maintenance manager. •Medium Voltage Distribution (6.3 K.V).•Maintenance And Testing C.T And V.T.•Prepare PPM for 6.6 KV, Vacuum, minimum oil and SF6 Circuit Breakers.•Supported and enhanced EEHC Protection team to do the periodical tests for all Types of motorized protection Relays.• Main transformers (420MVA, 165MVA), incoming Feeders and Service transformers.• Maintenance And Setting Of Under Voltage Relays For All Mediums Voltage bus bars. 400V, 1000 KVA, 0.8 pf emergency diesel generator and gas turbine.•400V, 1000 KVA, 0.8 pf emergency diesel generator.•Maintenance and troubleshooting for all low voltage fan and pump motors. •Maintenance of UPS, Inverter, Static by pass, Chargers and Lead Acid & Alkaline Batteries. عرض أقل

  • Manage the electrical team and scheduled the preventive and routine shutdown maintenance at SUEZ GULF Power Station, and perform all the Electrical tests on the Generator (Rotor tests: AC pole balance test & RSG Repetitive Serge Graph) also apply ELCID {Electromagnetic Core Imperfection Detector} test on the stator.•Manage and plan the overhaul activities of U1&U2 Generator (2x460MVA- 2011&2012) at Port Said Power Station, and perform all the Electrical tests on the Generator (Rotor tests: AC pole balance test & RSG Repetitive Serge Graph) also apply ELCID {Electromagnetic Core Imperfection Detector} test on the stator after removing the rotor outside. Prepare the procedure of Rotor Drawing out.• Prepare all the spare parts (TOSHIBA) and special Tools concerning Generator M/O (Major Overhaul) and issue the PR (Purchasing Requisitions) Then making technical offer analysis according to quality (Technically) and financiall. • Perform the leak tests on the generator stator and rotor (Pressure test & Vacuum decay test and traces test after shutdown and before startup).• Perform and manage all commissioning tests on the Generator during startup such as AVR test (Generator No Load Saturation Characteristics) & Shaft Voltage Measurement – across shaft,…etc. • Follow up the maintenance works performed by outside contractors.• Issue detailed reports on plant maintenance activities • Verification of the min-max levels of the re-orders of spare parts, and more globally verification of the adequacy of the spare parts.• Establish the outage schedules included activity list (preventive and corrective maintenance) shall be established and prepare the related work permits before the beginning of outage.• Assess work report writing in order to improve working instruction taken into consideration all the elements coming from work experience and update maintenance plan.• Participate to settle CMMS database and implementation of the procedure for CMMS. عرض أقل
