  At the United States Military Academy at West Point, I had the privilege of leading at both the company and regimental levels, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and strategic planning. As a junior, I served as Company First Sergeant, responsible for the welfare, training, and morale of 140 cadets. In this role, I coordinated daily operations, enforced Academy standards, and collaborated with leadership to prepare our cadets for future responsibilities, focusing on both individual development and team cohesion. In my senior year, I stepped into the role of Regimental Command Sergeant Major, leading and overseeing the activities and training of 1,200 cadets.
