      West Point Cadet

At the United States Military Academy at West Point, I had the privilege of leading at both the company and regimental levels, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and strategic planning. As a junior, I served as Company First Sergeant, responsible for the welfare, training, and morale of 140 cadets. In this role, I coordinated daily operations, enforced Academy standards, and collaborated with leadership to prepare our cadets for future responsibilities, focusing on both individual development and team cohesion. In my senior year, I stepped into the role of Regimental Command Sergeant Major, leading and overseeing the activities and training of 1,200 cadets. This position required an extensive scope of management and leadership skills, from coordinating complex training schedules to providing mentorship and guidance to cadet leaders. I ensured the regiment maintained alignment with Academy objectives, liaised between cadet companies and senior Academy leadership, and fostered a disciplined, mission-focused culture. This experience enhanced my ability to lead large teams, implement strategic objectives, and drive results in high-stakes environments. Show less
