  • Owns the integration strategy and projects at Vivino, setting out how the 900+ sellers should use data feeds and APIs to integrate with Vivino.• Increased the number of merchants using an API by over 200% which has resulted in a more efficient selling experience on Vivino for wine merchants.• Manages an annual $30k integration budget and has kept spend under budget.• Successfully negotiated the outsourcing of Vivino onboardings to a 3rd party service provider, which included negotiating reducing their cheapest feed solution by 50%, making it more attractive for merchants to sell on Vivino. • Reduced the average onboarding time for a new merchant on Vivino by 20% through redesigning Salesforce and operational processes.
