  Job Description:− Finalisation of Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit & Loss of the company.− Preparation of MOU Targets with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India and Evaluation of the same.− Compilation of monthly MIS reports including Profitability Statement, Inventory, Debtors analysis and Overheads.− Defining Annual Capital Budget, Overheads Budget, Trade Targets and Advances to Employees.− Maintaining the Fixed Assets of the Company. Preparation of consolidated and individual Depreciation Schedules for the regional office and corporate office.− Conducting and co-ordination of Audit of Financial Statements with the Government Audit Parties, Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Concurrent Auditors. − Gap analysis of key variances between Actual and Planned figures to identify areas not operating as expected and reporting the action plan to minimize gaps. − Improving debt recovery status by weekly analysis and consolidation of Debtors.− Consolidation of Financial Statements of Foreign Subsidiary, Joint Ventures and Associates of the Company.− Analysis of Excess/Shortage Statement of Inventory, annotations of Regional Offices and Corporate Office.− Preparation of Board Notes regarding Profitability, Overheads, Debtors, Budgets and Related Party Transactions, to be submitted for the meetings of Audit Committee of Directors and Board of Directors.− Consolidation and reconciliation of Related Party transactions & Inter–region Stock Transfers.− Compilation and reconciliation of schedules with trial balance.− Managing a team of ten people and overall coordination with all the regional offices.− Consolidation of Commodity Wise Trading Account of the regions.− Expertise in ERP. Command over GL module, AP module, AR module and FA module.− Preparing various reports & dashboards on weekly/monthly basis for CXO level review. Show less
