  - Communicate regularly with mentors- Hold monthly meetings with coaches to go over updates and feedback on how their relationships are going- Have applied and worked personally with a Technical Assistance provider on the Six National Standards of Mentoring to perfect our processes (Recruiting, Screening, Training, Matching, Monitoring & Support, and Closure)- Cleaned out organization’s google drive from old brand to new brand documents as well as create new organizational techniques- Have done marketing pieces such as flyers and given input on app designs - Whenever a prospective mentor or teen sign up on our google form I reach out to them to get them started on next steps- With the mentors specifically, I am interviewing them personally over zoom to see if they would be a good fit for our organization- Trained and onboarded all mentors on the app; introducing them to the app, getting them trained in 3 certifications, having them fill out multiple forms that go towards matching and support, and making sure they all pass the quizzes we provide- Led focus group of teen girls to discuss general attitudes about social media and their thoughts on our features of the app Show less
