      In partnership with Area Administrator, oversaw all business aspects of Home Health, Home-Based Palliative Care & Hospice service lines for 3 offices with a combined average daily census of over 1,000 patients, a team of 30 FTEs and an annual budget of over $65M – Hospice Service Line annual net revenue of $27M.• Responsibilities: Led strategic planning across service lines/cross-functional teams by building strong relationships and ensuring continuous improvement across business operations. Collaborated with physicians and front-line team members to meet quality and operational care at home needs. Monitored financial performance, identify, and implemented strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of service/care. Identified workflow improvement opportunities and champion change management/guidance implementation with Regional and Local Leadership. • Accomplishments: Reduced Hospice unbilled Medicare accounts receivable from $5M to $300K (February 2020 to May 2020). Optimized operational processes to manage supply/distribution of PPE to staff during COVID-19 pandemic. Led efforts on contingency planning for operations and staff/member safety during COVID surges and labor union work stoppage notices. Led survey readiness efforts across the agency resulting in successfully passing The Joint Commission Accreditation Organization visit in December 2021 with the lowest number of findings in the history of all Southern California Care at Home offices. Conducted observations at agencies to identify variations from best practices and evaluated deviations to ensure timely and appropriate care. Served as Interim Administrative Supervisor for 12 front line staff in a local agency and 2 regional team members. Liaised with contracted agencies to ensure high quality delivery of care. Obtained staff buy-in to execute improved workflows to improve day to day operations and agency performance.• Accomplishments: Established regional oversight for over 95 contracted agencies through development of dashboard to track quality and patient satisfaction metrics. Redesigned contracts workflow in partnership with various Home Care agencies, Medical Centers, and Regional Network Development. Partnered with National Claims to develop and socialize dispute workflows for outsourced agencies resulting in resolution of over $1M in unpaid claims.
