  Until my retirement from Succession in December 2017 I was the National Director of the Succession Academy where I trained and mentored Financial Planners within the Succession Group and partner firms to improve their capabilities with the intention of achieving Level 6 Qualifications by means of a detailed and comprehensive training programme.   I am a Director of HC Wealth Management, an Accredited Financial Planning Firm and a successful financial planning business, concentrating exclusively on goal-based financial planning.We spend time with clients, getting to know them and this enables us to formulate a financial plan with the aim of minimising the risk that clients will run out of money. We then work with our clients to ensure that their financial plan continues to meet their goals and objectives throughout life.
