  Relativity Senior Application Engineer

  Currently Working as a Senior Relativity Application Engineer, major day to day activities includes:Strong knowledge on Relativity Processing, Analytics, Productions and Core reviewer interface. Understand requirement of internal Reviewers and on daily basis assist them working on requests like : processing, core reviewer interface trouble shooting, implement event handler, Active learning projects/Analytics jobs, email threading etc.. Also assist team internally in developing documentations and checklists to improve client delieverables quality.Configure and support Relativity eDiscovery Document Review Platform in a 24/7 environment for both leveraged and client dedicated sites.Support project teams on Relativity Installations and upgrades of Relativity Instances; Smoke testing; Troubleshooting installation issues.Frequently review release notes to understand pending changes to identify enhancements such as, but not limited to, agents, features, and instance settings.Work to quantitively measure team and Relativity site performance using existing data points and generation of new measurements process and routines.Regularly review the ServiceNow ticket queue and work on priority tickets and Identifying and resolving technical issues.Join Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) and run CIRT checklist for troubleshooting, with ability to troubleshoot beyond checklist to bring final resolution.Work with external vendors, primarily Relativity, on tickets.Conduct team discussion for challenging project/ticket/Task.Participating weekly meetings/handoff calls and ensure to learn new tasks and discussing new ideas/share knowledge.
