For promotions that the Direct Mail team is in charge of, myself, or a member of the direct mail team will run analysis to see how the promotion performed. Additionally, when needed, I help with graphics creation that is needed for direct mail pieces. Part of this happened when our graphic designer went out with shoulder surgery.
