In this product-based company Production Planning plays a vital role in aligning demand with manufacturing capacity to create knives production and procurement scheduled for finished products and component materials.Planning tracks and makes a record of the manufacturing process flows like goods movement from the conversion of raw material to semi-finished goods as well as the planned and actual output.To monitor efficiency of the overall production reports are generated by comparing data between planned and actual output tables.Responsibilities:Worked in Odoo for Manufacturing resource planning, Bill of Material routing and capacity planning for kitchen knives products.Latest product catalog and reference data is loaded into the master database using SQL.Validation of the actual production data using SQL and generate overall production summary reports which is in turn used by both the Production and Management team.   Project Description:NCR manufactures ATM and Hospitality Products globally across 6 Manufacturing plants (Budapest, India, Beijing, Manaus, Midland, Columbus). The manufacturing involves a robust Engineering Change Control (ECC) Management system implemented globally to ensure effective change delivery. To monitor and manage the status and efficiency of the Change control process, the management stakeholders need a list of comprehensive reports. These Operational Reports are used by the management team of the Engineering Change Control (ECC) System.Responsibilities:Worked in Database Migration testing for Engineering Change Order Management Reporting system for ATM products.Import reference data for new product & parts into the master database.Test data loaded by Database Migration workflows in the Change Order Data warehouse.Also validate the summarised data in the Operations Reports used by the Management team. Operations Reports are used for Monitoring the Operational Status and Efficiency of the Engineering Change Control Management SystemValidating summarised data in the 'Regular review' reports generated for smooth transition from Old to New parts.Raise Defects for various issues like Source Target mismatches in Count, and also data mismatches.
