      Principal System Engineer

Principal Engineer• Supported the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) National Team as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), Training, and Logistics.• Served as the SME for System Level Requirement development for the following weapon systems: C2BMC, THAAD, PATRIOT, Aegis BMD, GMD• Provided logistic and technical support for Ballistic Missile Defense System Specification (BMD SS) development of BMD System Level Requirements using Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).• Developed initial System Level Requirements for several Proof of Concept Satellites and Sensor Systems. • Conducted Missile Defense model and simulations scenarios using RAPTOR 7.0 software.• Lead an effort to improvement system reliability by working with various other Missile Defense Program Offices (C2BMC, THAAD, PATRIOT, Aegis BMD, GMD). • Consistently delivered high quality products (briefing, whitepapers, and analysis) that exceed the customer’s expectations. • Participating member of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Joint Reliability Maintainability Evaluation Team (JRMET) which collects and evaluates RAM data from all Missile Defense Program Offices. Support Data Scoring Review (DSR) which is held with each Program Office both monthly and quarterly. Developed refinements efforts to improve the RAM data collect process through modeling and simulation. • Served as Chief of Staff for the Alternative Divert and Attitude Control System (ADACS) Study. Supported RADM George Meinig (Ret.) task to study the Standard Missile-3 kinetic warhead. Served as the team's POC for 13 company / laboratory visits across the country and 3 local team caucuses during the course of the study. Merged various team member sections into the final technical report for distribution to various DoD departments and defense contractors. Show less
