  Leading an established church through a vision of being, making, multiplying, and sending hopeful, joyful disciples of Jesus.Led our church through a time of healing after two previously difficult exits by preceding pastors along with other ministry staff.Instituted a new mission: “Our aim is to be, make, multiply, and send hopeful, joyful disciples of Jesus so that all from Denver to the nations would know that Jesus is enough.”Led our church through a building program of a new preschool area remodel as well as a foyer remodel. Initiated a seminary student youth directors’ internship that proved an effective introduction into ministry.Sent our Associate Pastor as a missionary to London, England via World Venture. Developed a Shepherding Team populated with men sensing a call to ministry and pastoral leadership.Started 3D Wednesday in 2018 (Discipled Disciples Discipling) to help ARBC members and guests learn how to study the Scriptures and disciple others. Began ministry partnerships with Hands of God Ministry in Sugar City/La Junta, CO as well as Trinidad & Tobago. In Sugar City/La Junta, we help with quarterly food distribution. In Trinidad & Tobago, we helped Mount Beulah Evangelical Baptist Church in Point Fortin in leadership development and conferences, church planting initiatives, and gospel engagement in the local schools.
