  Coordination of the activities of the Quality Control Laboratory of the finished product, ensuring the correct control of the specified parameters by the clients.Coordinate the activities of the Laboratory of Control of Supplies, to ensure and verify the conditions in which materials or films purchased from an external supplier are received.Working together with the Production sectors to reduce the Non-Quality costs.Manage and respond to the complaints and returns received, giving a correct follow-up and response to them, coordinating with the different productive sectors the necessary preventive or corrective actions.Coordinate with each production sector the emission of the quality plans of the product in process. Evaluate and approve the same along with the Instructions to ensure the quality of the product.Coordinate an adequate after sales service (Technical assistance). Accompanying when the technical assistant is required in the visits to the clients, with the objective of giving support on the different aspects of the quality of the product (tests in machine, correction of deviations, analysis of the critical characteristics of the product).Ensure that adequate tools are used to enable continuous improvement: Perform activities aimed at promoting preventive or improvement actions. Encourage, direct and coordinate multidisciplinary improvement teams.Ensure that the personnel has the necessary competencies regarding quality. Carry out performance evaluations of the personnel in charge. Define the training plans of the personnel of the Laboratories.Train the personnel in charge.Conduct training for non-operational personnel of the company and / or external personnel regarding the critical points of product quality.
