  My key breakthrough in terms of work experience started when I started to work in Sales Order requests and after initial decline of cash flow to company and oil cost had its biggest dip ever, enormous amount of sales orders from client came our way and since I was available to work with not many responsibilities due to me being a fresher. But ones I came to work on Sales Orders, I came to find out why only a single person was in charge of it earlier, and a support is required to complete the tasks. Only people with good technical understanding, wonderful exposure to all the products and each and every detail required to create a new product from scratch to finished product to the customer within the requested time. The opportunity to gain huge insights and hands on training to one of the key work requests that bring forth value to company inspired me to work with diligences learning the trick of this trade from my experienced teammate.Each task presents itself new opportunities to work with. My luck again turns out when a job one rejected by my teammates landed on my hands which had potential to develop into a separate class product class which can be used for deep-sea drilling and oil extraction with added safety. With help from my experienced teammates, I garnered wide acumen in this specific product from design, development all the way till qualification as per Norwegian standards, where the product has design responsibility in. Show less After getting promoted to Engineer 1, My responsibilities to take care of tasks autonomously grew as well as my product knowledge helped me to guide new teammates who were recruited in our department. we identified potential savings in various components used in our product and one such product with minor change to its process brings forth good amount of savings. I have identified and initialized organization wide streamline of technical data sheet used for our department product used in all oil and gas pits and headed the team which worked on revising the documents up to date. My communication and allocating resources as and when it is necessary to other tasks helped us manage our teams workflow and keep all new recruits with enough work to give them experience. Show less
