  Outside of work I became Junior Co-Ordinator at Westwood Golf Club in October 2013, which involves operating and organising the whole Junior Section at the club, promoting key values through sport at a young age. This role covered the running of the Junior Section at Westwood Golf Club, including: Safeguarding/Welfare of all competitors, Competition/Match Secretary, Handicap Secretary, organisation of Junior Events, attendance at County meetings, Fund management and attendance at Management Committee Meetings. I decreased my involvement in this role once I joined Wynniatt-Husey Limited.Since my tenure began....1) 33% saving on Expenditure during last 12 Months2) 85% Increase on Junior Membership within the Club3) Significant Improvement on Performance in North Staffs Junior Golf League, and Midland Junior Golf Alliance tables.4) Recognition from Staffordshire Union of Golf for work as the youngest Junior Organiser in the County.
