  In charge of managing the activity of an application support team used in Michelin plants.In addition to the rapid reactivation of activities in the event of a production stoppage or slowdown, one of my main challenges is to assess the criticality of incidents reported by the plants in order to optimally orient the activity of the team members.Also in charge of monitoring, reporting and Problem Management around incidents encountered, I have to accompany the team towards a structured organisation with a clear vision.
