  I guided 20 cross-functional team members in the full development and implementation of CACTCS environmental support systems for Boeing 787 airplanes. I also managed all work package aspects encompassing relevant costs, scheduling, and design requirements, with additional oversight for subcontractors and offshore program objectives. In turn, I utilized EVMS applications to provide dependable tracking while also reporting costs and scheduling performances in a timely and efficient manner.While employed in this role, I:• Overcame a two-month schedule slip during a three-month period by creating a new project plan focusing on key milestones to help define critical paths and prioritize ongoing project efforts.• Ensured project qualification and “first flight” milestones by reviewing and learning specialized design/program requirements while also instituting various contingencies and workarounds for high-risk areas.• Reorganized component design and manufacturing for reduced weight and production costs in conjunction with the company’s purchasing department and associated subcontractors.
