  Worked for an Australia based client National Australia Bank (NAB), as a member for accounts origination team which involves in creating, analyzing and maintaining different forms of card accounts for the NAB customers.Designed and analyzed multiple reports using Tableau & PowerBI Reporting tool for the internal training sessions and structuring of data from users details for meetings.Utilized PowerPivot and MySQL in preparing any data reports for the customers' accounts used for internal training in Genpact.Provided high level insights to client inquires and deliver high level of services, attend client meetings with senior onshore managers. Direct communication with NAB bankers to ensure service and complete satisfaction to the customers. Responsible for checking the assigned work done by team members on daily basis.
