Use a verity of customer-directed or Packrite-chosen TMS Systems for freight pending on the order’s needs. I have worked with a verity of TMS Systems; Open Dock, Elite EXTRA, Coyote, Navisphere, KBX, RXO, On Fleet, Truck Base, and Trimble TMS. Oversee monthly audits against 3PL, LTL, and local-based carriers on performance, on-time pickup, on-time deliveries, damage during transit, and cost. Inventory Control: Make sure the practice of FIFO is being performed throughout the plant. Routine daily counts are being performed and the system is reflecting correct information. Ensure the product doesn't go over 90 days sitting without a disposition. Pull inventory reports for analyses and verifying or investigating discrepancies. Maintain ISO (International Organization for Standardization), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) & SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) requirements. Show less
