   Oversee the completion of agency investigations; ensure that investigations meet the standards of objectivity, thoroughness, and timeliness. Supervise two full-time investigators, one administrative staff, and 7 – 24 pool investigators (managers who complete investigations in addition to their regular duties).  Develop and update policy, protocol, handbook, forms, and other materials as needed to ensure that investigation practices are compliant with current regulatory and agency standards and that all investigators are aware of expectations; ensure that investigations conducted in a variety of mental health programs in Pennsylvania and Delaware are adherent with the standards of all regulatory, funding, and monitoring entities.  Monitor online reporting of investigations and coordinate with investigation, program, and quality improvement staff to ensure timely submission; problem-solve issues related to online reporting as needed. Track investigator performance related to timeframes and quality; provide findings, feedback, and methods for improvement to investigators. Coordinate the peer review process. Support the administrative review process of investigations. Analyze data related to investigations and report on the data to quality improvement, program management, and executive work group; collaborate with them to develop measures to improve safety and well-being of participants; track and monitor effects of the measures.
