  As the Head of the Academy at Shokenny Solutions, I am responsible for designing the company's training programs and curricula, developing course schedules, managing interns, and overseeing training for staff members. I ensure that our training programs align with the company's objectives and meet the industry's best practices. In addition to my core responsibilities, I also manage the company's social media accounts. I oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns, run targeted ads, monitor analytics, and recommend strategies to the management team. Since joining Shokenny Solutions, I have spearheaded the development of free training in Solar and CCTV installations. I have also led the creation of a new learning management system that has significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our training programs. I am proud to have played a critical role in the growth and success of Shokenny Solutions over the years. My experience in curriculum design, training program management, and social media marketing has been invaluable in helping the company achieve its goals.
