Led a team of technology consultants, integration managers and operational/support team to achieve program success and growth year after year. Managed a team of project managers who implemented Owens & Minor's web-based inventory management program. Worked closely with hospitals leaders and staff on interface development, logistical planning and overall project management. Supported consulting efforts for Owens & Minor's provider services division through the development and creation of technical reports for healthcare facilities. Responsible for national sales growth, market penetration and field support of Owens & Minor’s wound closure management program. Served as a consultant providing specialized reports, analysis and recommendations to all field managers and representatives. Managed Owens & Minor’s PANDAC wound closure program for the Martha Jefferson Hospital and VCU Medical Center. Reduced total inventory cost and provided relevant information for effective cost management. Aided in reducing hospital’s excess inventory, while increasing hospitals inventory turns.
