Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks.Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients.Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll, W2 on an hourly or on a yearly basis.Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.Building up good Database of candidates and clients.Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.General administrative responsibilities as needed.Understanding the client’s requirements, coordinating for short listing, and screening including Preliminary interview of the candidates.Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.Involved in active submissions of candidates our H1 C2C resources.Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
