  Reporting to the General Manager, I am responsible for the Project, Contract and Commercial Management for the satisfactory execution of projects within time and budget while maintaining the requisite principles and standards. This includes the establishment and maintenance of the Project Management Offices (PMO) and Site Establishment and resourcing. In each case I fulfilled the role of Contractor, Contractor’s Representative or Project Manager as applicable to the type of Contract. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, I was responsible for the management of the MIS engineering department for the execution of projects to the satisfaction of the customer while keeping within budget and maintaining engineering principles and standards. This included the establishment and maintenance of engineering standards while still performing engineering work.
