  Built two business travel products: + Bronevik.com - hotel booking engine and distribution platform started in 2010, it a hotel aggregator of 10 000+ hotels in Russia and CIS - similar to Booking.com, but B2B oriented, platform brings 1k+ bookings a day, integrates 50+ client websites and search engines with API + Raketa.travel - business trip booking tool started in 2012, a platform where traveller or travel arranger is able to book air or rail tickets, hotels, order taxi, visa and all other business trip required services. Platform implements all GDS for air tickets, 6+ hotel and taxi services. Platform provides services for 500+ clients with 1k+ active users and 2k+ bookings daily. + Developed comprehensive strategies for both products that align business needs, requirements and industry best practices. Organised and conducted product strategic planning sessions and requirements workshops. Experienced dealing with ambiguity, multi tasking with constant prioritization.+ Established and coordinated product’s life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure. + Established communication and partnership with clients, suppliers and sales team, to ensure all contractual commitments are met for all clients need.+ Designed technical architecture for both products, partially maintained infrastructure supporting it.   Event Driven Architecture in Concur- Working with an engineering team and multiple product teams own several platform products. Have been driving in depth technical meeting and reviews (including security reviews). - Driving vision and strategy for internal Event distribution system (aka Event Bus, 150M+ events) connecting all cross-functional teams maintained product roadmap and backlog. In 2019 based on the existing Event distribution system launched a new product - Event Subscription Service (ESS) with new customer facing API. Maintained product roadmap and product documentation. Presented ESS product to internal teams and external customers and partners. - Identified several fundamental and performance problems in existing products and implemented a solution - problem detection notification system for Event Driven Infrastructure. Hands-on experience including code writing (python), development and building deployment pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker)- Successfully had driven an effort of creating and establishing a Data Deletion process (technical part) including multiple cross-functional teams across all SAP Concur systems for terminated customers to comply with data protection regulations.
