  Managed an Operation of 1 Billion QR annually with manpower that fluctuates between 5000 to 11,500 depending on the workload. Business streams creation: Created & managed the Plant Services [Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, Rigging, Operational Logistics], Specialized Services [Hydro-services: Jetting, Testing, Torque].Performance Enhancement: Transformed the capability of the company from 1-2 Shutdowns per year to 10+ annually. Systems Creation: Streamlined the Process maps for the key Processes to control the quality of the deliverables, and create competitive advantage for the company by automating critical tasks. These goals were achieved through documenting the work steps and transactions of Core Company Systems, procedures, checklists, Operational guidelines, and the utilization of IT technologies & software solutions by investing in Computerized systems in all aspects of the Maintenance Operations.
