      Throughout my career in Swiss Re, I have had the opportunity to co-design the new fee-based strategy for Automotive & Mobility Solutions. I collaborated with various stakeholders to achieve a shared outcome and design a 3-year roadmap to meet growth targets for Reinsurance Solutions without additional resources.I have fruitfully developed and matured several mobility partner accounts, including VW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Renault, Hyundai and Volvo. These achievements include commercializing fee-based solutions, generating numerous program leads, and promoting Swiss Re's role as a partner.Serving as the business lead for innovative data-driven projects, such as ADAS Risk Score and Vehicle Testing as a Service, I have initiated and facilitated in discussions with OEM-connected car data teams to develop data standardization relevant to insurance products.
