  As a Powertrain Engineer with Juggernaut Racing, I played a crucial role in the design and development of powertrain systems for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) competing in the BAJA SAE Event.   As a Design Engineer at L&T Technology Services, my role includes conceptualizing, developing, and creating designs for sheet metal parts, assemblies, or sub-assemblies used in Off-Highway Vehicles. It includes understanding customer requirements, technical specifications, and design constraints to conduct research and analysis for potential design solutions.I conduct thorough engineering evaluations to validate and optimize designs for manufacturability and cost reduction. This involves design calculations and analysis to ensure feasibility while minimizing complexity for efficient production. I also integrate 3D models into a digital mockup to analyze assembly design, clearance, feasibility, and maintenance aspects.I also conduct research for new designs, utilizing benchmarking and reverse engineering for innovation. I create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models following industry and client standards and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) reflecting the product's assembly structure. Quality control is important, and I review design documents, drawings, and engineering data to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements, conducting failure analyses when necessary.Also, I work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineers, quality control personnel, and project managers. I seek opportunities for product design improvements based on feedback and trends, implementing changes to enhance performance, usability, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.My commitment to continuous learning is evident through my participation in knowledge-sharing forums and seminars, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
