  - Developed 3D numerical models of hip implants demonstrating mechanical advantages and limitations in performance of each implant type- Adapted open source musculoskeletal model to patients with hip replacement and analyzed predictions in correlation with patients parameters. Study gave better understanding of impact of surgical uncertainties on clinical outcome- Conducted mechanical tests for numerical model validation- Developed protocols and scripts for automation of the workflow to ensure fast and efficient model application to new cases- Conducted data analysis, statistical analysis, result interpretation, and visualization (Matlab)- Collaborated with university hospital. Development and validation of the generic musculoskeletal knee model; 2. Identification and validation of the patellar bone material law; 3. Application of the generic model to the total knee arthroplasty patients.
