  To enhance the customer experience and journey!I have worked for ISOQAR for almost 5 years and have been lucky enough to build on many skills as wells as gaining knowledge along the way. this role in particular allows me to work collaboratively across departments and work with our clients ensuring their needs are met but also remaining compliant. As a senior in the team, it is my role to ensure that team have all they need to to succeed, this maybe the correct training, coach and escalation point where needed. My position within the company and team allows me to ensure work is completed efficiently, correct and remaining compliant, from Certificates being issues, Accounts created and Non-conformance's being managed appropriately.
