      As part of a multi-disciplined team of engineers, I contributed to an ongoing project focused on the study of "Heterogeneous nucleation and grain refinement in an Al-Fe-Cr-Ti alloy by controlled laser and electron beam remelting". I Developed computational models to simulate the thermal histories and cooling rates of the alloy during laser treatment. Using strong understanding of heat transfer principles and the use of MATLAB and ANSYS for modelling.
